Domaine de la Pousse d’Or is one of Burgundy’s true cult estates and among the most exciting domaines in Volnay today.

Long revered for its historic vineyards, Pousse d’Or has been completely revitalised under Benoît’s stewardship. Through painstaking vineyard work, biodynamic principles and a meticulous overhaul of the cellar, he has reshaped the domaine into a benchmark for pure, site-transparent Burgundy. These are wines that speak clearly, confidently and unmistakably of where they come from.

The dinner was paired with a superb line-up spanning Puligny-Montrachet, Santenay, Chambolle-Musigny, Volnay and Clos de la Roche Grand Cru - a rare chance to taste across villages, premiers crus and vintages.
