How do the payments work?
Payments are done monthly by direct debit. At the checkout page, select the 'Go Cardless - Direct Debit' under 'Payment Method'. Fill out the required billing information.Do NOT tick the box 'More than one person is required to authorise Direct Debits'
Can I pause or cancel?
You can view, pause or cancel your subscription under 'My subscriptions' in your account dashboard.
How do the spend my premier crew balance?
You can spend your premier crew balance on any wine orders. First of all log into your customer account and in the checkout process under payments methods, choose premier crew balance & click 'Use Premier Crew' to update the order total.
What are PIPS?
PIPS are points, 100 PIPS equates to £1. As a premier crew member for every £1 you add to your balance we will give you 10% back in PIPS. To use your PIPS in the checkout process under payments methods, choose PIPS and click 'Apply PIPS'
To view your pips balance, click 'My Pips' in your account dashboard. You can also view this at the top banner on our website.
Can I change my debit date?
If you wish to change the date your subscription is charged, please email Luke (email@example.com) our club manager who will update the system for you.
When will I get charged?
Please note it will take 4-5 working days for Go Cardless to charge your first subscription. After your first month, this would only take 1-2 working days
