Honest Grapes’ first ever Tuscan Syndicate is based around one of the most popular, highest-rated and yet best value wines in our portfolio - Castello di Ama Haiku, 2020.

One of the younger wines in this trailblazing collection, Haiku is a blend of 50% Sangiovese, 25% each Merlot and Cabernet Franc, and the resultant wine is remarkably lifted and elegant.

The estate uses words like "honesty" and "simplicity", although there is a level of depth and finesse here too that takes on even the most hallowed SuperTuscans. With an impressive 96 points from Antonio Galloni, Haiku 2020 matches Tignanello, Ornellaia and Sassicaia, yet comes in at a fraction of the price - and owner Lorenza Sebasti has generously put aside a barrel’s worth of this superb wine exclusively for our members.

Not only is the wine excellent, but Ama’s restaurant has just re-opened, alongside five newly restored suites in the main Villa Ricucci overlooking the vineyards. Syndicate members will enjoy a complimentary tasting and generous discounts on bookings for the restaurant and rooms.
