High up in Gualtallary, Valle del Uco, we’ve partnered with PerSe, the Argentine project of Edy del Popolo & David Bonomi,  to create a one-of-a-kind Tête de Cuvée barrel of Inseparable 2025, exclusively for Honest Grapes Club Members.

This is a chance to own something with your name on it, from a vineyard regarded as Argentina’s first Grand Cru by Decanter, from a lovely growing team that regularly rack up 100-point scores from the Wine Advocate.

The Wine

A single-barrel selection blending the very best parcels from PerSe’s Monasterio vineyard and Monte Alabanza hill. Parcel #31 brings pure, finely chiselled tannins, while Parcel #78 adds freshness, structure, and depth. Together, they form a wine of remarkable harmony and elegance.

The 2025 vintage is restrained yet expressive, with bright red and dark fruits, floral lift, and a mineral thread. Fine-grained tannins and a silky texture make it drinkable now but with 10+ years of potential. At just ~13–13.5% alcohol, it’s precise and balanced — a true reflection of high-altitude Gualtallary.
