The wines are coming in wooden cases of 6's for 750ml and 3's for 1500ml. Due to the high demand, we are happy to split the cases, but they won't come in their original wooden cases. Beloved by industry insiders and knowledgeable connoisseurs the world over, Clos Rougeard is undoubtedly one of the most highly-reputed wines in France. Unlike other estates of similar stature, it is not based in Bordeaux, Burgundy, or Champagne, but in the Loire Valley, with vineyards covering 10 hectares within the appellations of Saumur and Saumur Champigny.

"This was Charly Foucault’s last vintage. Fruity and floral on the nose with an edge of smoke. Big boned and intense, but with a smoothness to this wine, with lots of raspberry, cranberry, and cherry, silky tannins and a long cool finish."
