High in Gualtallary, Valle de Uco, we’ve teamed up with PerSe - the cult project of Edy del Popolo and David Bonomi - to create a one-off Tête de Cuvée barrel of Inseparable 2025, exclusively for Honest Grapes Club Members.

The aroma of wild cherries smashed on limestone blocks pervades with wild mountain herbs and flora, as well as faint notes of iodene and anise, supporting. Palate is juicy and herbaceous, with crunchy acidity and herbal, fine-grained tannins that give drive and a linear character to the wine, which finishes with bracing sapidity."

This single-barrel selection draws on the top parcels of the Monasterio vineyard and Monte Alabanza: Parcel 31 for purity and fine tannins; Parcel 78 for freshness, structure and depth.

The 2025 vintage is bright and expressive, with red and dark fruits, floral lift, mineral tension and silky, fine-grained tannins. Elegant, balanced, and around 13–13.5% alcohol, it will drink well on release and age for 10+ years.
