DRAFT AGENDA

Thursday 6th November

• Individual travel to be arranged.
• Check in to your hotel. We will recommend restaurants for the evening.

Friday 7th November

• Visit to Domaine De Montille for a tasting. Arrive at the family house/office in Volnay for an introduction and then head out to the Mersault winery for the tasting. The Domaine has been entrusted with the élévage of our four vintages of our Hospice de Beaune barrels
• Visit to Philippe Pacalet to taste our favourite cuvées, across the range.  Philippe has made our exclusive Vosne-Romanée ‘Cuvée Honest Grapes’, and 1er Cru Pommard Syndicate barrels
• Enjoy RVF Negociant of the Year, Jane Eyre’s wines over lunch at the much-loved Hungry Cyclist Lodge in Auxey Duresses. Jane has completed several vintages our Hospice de Beaune barrels and a half barrel of her own Charmes Chambertin exclusively for Honest Grapes.
• Tour of L’Hotel Dieu in Beaune – the site of the famous charity auction (that takes place the third Sunday of November and enjoy some free time to explore Beaune - this is a good time to pick up your bottles for the Paulée Dinner
• Dinner at exclusive member’s club 1243 Bourgogne Society joined by Burgundy Wine Board President Laurent Delaunay

Saturday 8th November

• Tasting at Domaine du Hospice de Nuits Saint-Georges with Technical Director, Jean-Marc Moron
• Lunch time in Nuits Saint Georges at restaurant La Gentilhommière
• Tasting at Château de Charmont, in the Haute Cote de Nuits, the home of Maison Edouard Delaunay, consecutive IWC Winemaker of Year award winner and éléveur for all four vintages of our Hospices de Nuits Syndicate barrels.
• Paulée Dinner [BYOB] at a favourite restaurant in Beaune

Sunday 9th November

• Breakfast in hotel at own leisure
• Individual travel onwards or home

Ibis Double Room - £2,460 PP, Single Occupancy Room - £2,570 PP
Maison 1896 Queen Room - £3,150 PP*
Prices based upon accommodation for 3 nights at Ibis, Beaune or Maison 1896.
Check-in Thursday 6th - Check-out Sunday 9th.

Activities in the itinerary are included along with a driver for travel each day. Travel to and from Burgundy is not included.
