Kosher wine is produced according to Judaism's religious law and specifically, Jewish dietary laws. For a wine to be able to be called kosher, a Rabbi or a Sabbath-observant Jew must supervise the winemaking process from start to finish.

There has been an increased demand for Kosher Wine over recent years and we have brought some excellent wines onto our list. The Falesco Montiano is Falescos flagship kosher wine and one of the most innovative Italian Red Wines. It scored 90 points from Wine Spectator who notes "...Elegant and finely knit overall, layering supple tannins with flavours of blackcurrent, pomegranate and spice box..." Another great Italian red kosher wine is the 100% Montepulciano, Botteotto d'Abruzzo, which has a very intense nose of bramble berry and dark-cherry compote and raspberry coulis, and has garnered 90 points from James Suckling. At last but by no means least on the list of Kosher Wines, is a staple at Honest Grapes, Château Teyssier - one of our top picks and best value Red Wine.
