Clemens always manages to coax magic out of the Marienburg hill and the last three years have been no exception. Here we offer the first dry and sweet releases of 2019, the longer lees-aged top crus from 2018 and two freshly released, two-year lease aged reserve crus. Take your pick, it’s a veritable feast.

"The Pündericher 2018 Marienburg GG Fahrlay is the selection from 75+-year-old vines on blue slate that surround the Terrassen selection. The nose is pure, fresh and intense yet also very fine and complex, with perfectly ripe fruit and herbal and crunchy slate aromas. Lush and buoyant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, very elegant, refined and balanced yet intense, persistently fruity and slightly sweetish dry Riesling with fine acidity and a long, intense, slightly bitter yet tight and tensioned finish. 13.5% alcohol."
