Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is made using the traditional ripasso method, where Valpolicella Classico is re-fermented on the leftover Amarone grape skins—adding depth, body, and complexity.
The result is a ruby red wine with a generous, well-rounded character. After two years of ageing and a further five to six months in bottle, it develops smooth texture and layered, savoury aromas.
A great match for flavourful main courses, charcuterie, and aged cheeses—anything that calls for a wine with structure and personality.
